Funder Node Registration is Live!
A space for funders to gather and learn about effectively and equitably supporting systems change.
Announcing a new node within our growing network, responding to demand from funders seeking space to gather and learn together about how to support systems change.
The Funder Node will launch with a 6-part series of participatory virtual sessions and dialogues from November 2022 through Summer 2023. The series is a container for funders to build relationships and grapple collectively with practices that support systems change. Participants are invited to:
Vulnerably and honestly examine their own role and practice as grantmakers or donors, as participants within the field of philanthropy,
Listen deeply to and learn from systems change practitioners (especially Indigenous, frontline, and Global South practitioners),
Build connections with funding peers that deepen understanding of systems change in theory and practice, and,
Join a community of depth within an international learning community. Funder participates will become part of the Illuminate network, with invitations to learn from brilliant practitioners like the Luminary Cohort, who are exploring the leading edges of systems change from locations across the globe.

The info session will provide more details and answer your questions about what to expect if you join the Funder Node series. We will also gather and share a list of resources available to funders offered by session attendees and others in the Illuminate Network.
